The feel of the TPE handle (thermoplastic elastomer) is rubber-like. The material is practically indestructible, enduring wear and tear, impacts, chemicals, as well as changes in weather and temperature. It maintains its grip even with wet hands and holds its ground in all conditions.

The high-quality tanned leather sheath features Peltonen's patented EasyLock locking mechanism; a rubber wheel inside the mouth of the sheath that holds the knife firmly with no rattle.
