Refund policy

• Items that are found to be defective on arrival (DOA) within 14 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded if unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.
• Beyond the above DOA terms, warranties have to be claimed directly from the manufacturer.
• We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns so as to keep items in their factory untampered condition.
