PAYMENT

• We accept PayNow and Credit/Debit Cards.
  

WARRANTY POLICY

• Items that are found to be defective on arrival (DOA) within 14 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded if unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.
• Beyond the above DOA terms, all items come with official manufacturer warranties to be claimed directly from the manufacturer.
• We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns so as to keep items in their factory untampered condition.

LEGAL INFORMATION

• All our knives are legal for purchase and ownership in Singapore and no permits are required as they comply with police regulations.
• It is important to note that carrying a knife in public places without a valid reason is unlawful.
