Urbantoolhaus Pte Ltd is a Singapore registered company (201716558H). All items are guaranteed genuine, brand new with official warranties, and stocked within Singapore.
DELIVERY (Singapore only)
- Orders made before 1pm will be delivered via NinjaVan in 1-3 business days (Mon to Sat, excl PHs). NinjaVan delivers over 90% of parcels in 1 business day but this could stretch to 3 business days during busy periods like sales campaigns and holidays.
- Delivery is free for orders >$59 or $2.90 otherwise.
- All parcels are fully covered against loss in transit.
- We can only ship within Singapore.
WAREHOUSE PICKUP (1-2pm only, Mon to Sat, excl PHs)
- Orders for pickup must first be made online (by selecting the pickup option at checkout) as the warehouse is unable to process transactions.
- The order will then be immediately ready for pickup between 1-2pm only, Mon to Sat, excl PHs.
- Our warehouse address is 11 Changi North Street 1 #02-08 Singapore 498823 [For security reasons, we can only grant entry to customers who have already made an order online for pickup].
- The warehouse is strictly unable to accommodate viewing for security reasons and to keep items factory untampered.
PAYMENT
- We accept PayNow and Credit/Debit Cards.
WARRANTY POLICY
- Items that are found to be defective on arrival (DOA) within 14 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded if unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.
- Beyond the above DOA terms, official manufacturer warranties apply and have to be claimed directly from the manufacturer.
- We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns so as to keep items in their factory untampered condition.

- Urbantoolhaus Pte Ltd is a Singapore registered company and GeBIZ government trading partner (UEN 201716558H).
- All our knives are legal for purchase and ownership in Singapore and no permits are required as they comply with police regulations.
- It is important to note that carrying a knife in public places without a valid reason is unlawful.
