- Orders can only be placed online and delivered (within Singapore) or collected from our warehouse on Saturdays 2pm to 4pm.
- Orders are delivered in 1-2 days (excl. Sundays and public holidays) by NinjaVan, barring unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
- Delivery is free for orders $99 and above, or a flat rate of $5 otherwise.
- Tracking is provided in the shipping confirmation email and NinjaVan will send tracking notifications to your mobile.
- We only ship within Singapore, not internationally.
- Orders must be placed online and paid for prior to warehouse collection.
- Our warehouse is located at 11 Changi North Street 1 #02-08 Singapore 498823 and can only facilitate collections on Saturdays 2pm to 4pm.
- We only accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Our site is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption (highest commercially available security) so your transactions are as secure as possible.
Warranty and Returns
- All items we carry come with official manufacturer warranties.
- Items that are defective on arrival can be exchanged within ten (10) days from the date of receipt, subject to assessment and approval. Thereafter, they will be covered by their respective official manufacturer warranty policies.
- Please note that manufacturer warranties do not cover issues arising from misuse, disassembly, or lack of maintenance, such as breakages, stripped screws, rust, etc.
- All sales are final. Please order carefully as we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
- All our items are legal for purchase and ownership in Singapore and no permits are required as they have cleared customs and police compliance.
- While the ownership of knives sold by us is legal, it is important to note that the possession of knives in public places for no valid reason can be unlawful.
