- Orders can only be made online and viewing / self-collection of goods is not possible. As such, customers will receive goods that are in a brand new, factory untouched condition.
- We can only ship within Singapore, not overseas.
- Delivery is free for orders $99 and above, or a flat rate of $5 otherwise.
- Orders are delivered in 1-2 days (Sundays and public holidays not included) by NinjaVan, barring unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
- Tracking is provided in the shipping confirmation email and NinjaVan will send tracking notifications to your mobile.
- We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Payment via Bank Deposit is available by selecting the respective option when checking out. Banking details will be provided in your order confirmation email. Deposits must be made within three (3) working days and orders will be sent upon clearance of funds.
- Our site is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption (highest commercially available security) so your transactions are as secure as possible.
Warranty and Returns
- Items that are defective on arrival can be exchanged with us via mail within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. Thereafter, they will be covered by their respective official manufacturer warranties.
- Manufacturer warranties do not cover issues arising from misuse or lack of maintenance, such as breakages, stripped screws, rust, etc.
- All sales are final. Please order carefully as we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
- All items sold are legal for purchase and ownership in Singapore and no permits are required as they have cleared customs and police compliance.
- While the ownership of knives sold by us is legal, it is important to note that the possession of knives in public places for no valid reason can be unlawful.
