Kanetsune professional knives are made in Seki City, Japan, since 1963 and is named after a famous sword-maker from the Muromachi period.
This Meisho 2000 series knife features a Hon-Warikomi San-Mai (3-layer) blade with a Takefu Shiro-2 high-carbon core sandwiched between SUS410 stainless steel and a smooth wood handle.
