Kanetsune professional knives are made in Seki City, Japan, since 1963 and is named after a famous sword-maker from the Muromachi period.
This Classic series knife features a Hon-Warikomi San-Mai (3-layer) blade with a VG-10 stainless core sandwiched between 17-layer Damascus stainless steel and a Mahogany Wood handle. The Tsuchime hammer-finish reduces blade stick.
