Custom knifemaker Lucas Burnley is a seasoned design partner for Boker. The Boker Kihon combines Asian elements with features of a modern utility and tactical knife. The flat profile of framelock construction also makes the knife very comfortable to carry. The Tanto version highlights the Asian components even more, since the blade is shaped more like the classic Japanese Tanto than the angular American Tanto. The handle is adorned with a Japanese sun, which adds a classic element. The stainless steel framelock and blade with IKBS ball bearings are fully stonewashed.
